For many visitors to Wilpena Pond Resort, a combination of organised touring and self-drive adventuring proves to be the most rewarding.

Whilst the Resort's Visitor Information Centre provides planning help for all walks, bush camping and self drive tracks, many 4WD owners prefer to "go with a guide" either in a tour vehicle or in tag -a -long format.

Our guests are exhilarated by flying over the tracks they have already driven or their campsite from a night or two before.
