A notice to guests regarding our ongoing COVID-19 operations
After the SA Premier Steven Marshall lifted the Circuit Breaker Lockdown, we have been working on getting our business up and running again.
Many of our staff had chosen to return to their homes throughout SA for the lockdown period, and it has taken us a few days to get our team back together.
Ensuring the safety of our staff, our guests and our community is our priority. To that end we are working to an approach for reopening which is measured and cautious, and guided by our ability to keep everydoby safe.
Our Resort, the Ikara Safari Camp and our Campground will be OPEN from Tueaday the 24th of November 2020.
You can now make bookings online and via third party websites such as Expedia and Booking.com.
We ask that you do not call or email our team unless you are unable to make a booking online.
Our reservations team is under significant pressure responding to the rapidly evolving situation.
If you had a booking which was cancelled, and you had booked through a travel agency or third-party website, please contact these companies directly.
NEW Bookings
If you would like to book to stay with us the quickest way to do this is online via our website.
Reinstating Cancelled Bookings
If we cancelled your booking over the past week, and you would like it reinstated, this is possible.
However we are a small team and it may take us some time to answer incoming calls and emails, so please be patient.
Travel Agent and Online Travel Website Bookings
If you booked through a travel agency or an online booking agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please contact them to organise to reinstate your booking.
In most instances you should be able to access your booking using their online portal.
