Wilpena Pound Resort has released a Signature Menu celebrating Indigenous flavours and ingredients. The new menu includes dishes inspired by Clayton Donovan, Australia's only hatted indigenous chef, and celebrates local bush flavours and native ingredients sourced from the region. These local ingredients provide a modern twist to favorites such as Smoked Emu Bruschetta, Wattleseed Kangaroo Fillet and more.
